Change to Licence application... Again.
The new site of Run Britain is up and running and should be used for Multi Terrain and Road Races. UKA would like the "Real Buzz" logo on all entry forms. Races will only go on UKA race list if done this way. Paper applications will not be accepted.
Keith Binney is still South Yorkshire licence officer and does all the checks of paperwork, courses safety etc. If all is OK then grants a licence. Organisers have to download from E-mail about 4 pages, these contain Licence, medical forms and return forms which used to come by post.
Organisers still have to return the forms with a set of results and any monies to Keith after the race and within one month for checking and he then sends it off to UKA.

To all clubs- Road League 2010
Venues for 2010 road league wanted. Any club wishing to stage an event please contact Keith Binney as soon as possible. Races to be 5 miles, changing and toilets close by.
If no one wants to stage an event, the similar venues as this year may be used.
Dates will be available after South Yorkshire fixtures meeting in November, with venues to follow in the New Year.
